Escritora argentina nacida en 1968. De los múltiples oficios que ejerció, desde vender seguros de auto en la calle hasta diagramar páginas de diario, entiende que los relevantes para este tipo de cuestión son el periodismo cultural y la docencia, si se le puede llamar así, en escritura creativa. Actualmente es titular de la cátedra Laboratorio de Experimentación de Artes de la Escritura en la Universidad Nacional de las Artes. De sus varios activismos y militancias, la que más la ocupa hoy es la resistencia al capitaloceno: la lucha por la vida de todo lo viviente. Entre sus publicaciones, las novelas y nouvelles La Virgen Cabeza, Le viste la cara a dios, Romance de la Negra Rubia y Las aventuras de la China Iron. Su versión en inglés, The adventures of China Iron, estuvo en la Short List del International Booker Prize del 2020. Su versión en francés, fue shortlisted para el Prix Medicis en lengua extranjera 2021. Su obra ha sido traducida a once idiomas.

She worked on multiple jobs through her life, from selling car insurance on the street to formatting newspaper pages, she understands that the relevant ones for this type of issue are cultural journalism and teaching, if you can call it that in creative writing. She is currently the chair of the Laboratory of Experimentation of Writing Arts at the National University of the Arts. Within her various roles in activism, the one that occupies her the most today is the resistance to the capitalocene: the struggle for the life of all living things. Among her publications she has written the novels: La Virgen Cabeza, Le viste la cara a dios, Romance de la Negra Rubia y Las aventuras de la China Iron. Its English version, The Adventures of China Iron, was on the Short List for the 2020 International Booker Prize. Its French version was shortlisted for the Prix Medicis in a foreign language 2021. Her work has been translated into eleven languages.
