Restore the Delta (RTD) Policy Analyst, Tim Stroshane, is an urban planner with over three decades’ experience in environmental planning, housing economics and policy, and California water policy. He organized and coordinated environmental water coalition comments on the California WaterFix project and RTD’s case before the State Water Board against the project. He authored  Drought, Water Law, and the Origins of California’s Central Valley Project (University of Nevada Press, 2016). He is a co-author of RTD reports The Fate of the Delta and Climate, Equity, and Seismic Resilience for the San Francisco Bay-Delta Estuary. Mr. Stroshane earned his bachelor’s in environmental studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz, and a master’s in city planning from the University of California at Berkeley. He lives with his wife and cat downstream of the Delta in occupied Lisjan Ohlone territory of Huchiun.
